Come to Me Candle - Setting of Lights

I petitioned for him to find me..I was hoping for a random encounter. it happened before I received my candle report; probably as the candle finished burning. The report found a 'compass' sign after a successful burn, indicating that he'd use his instincts and knowledge to come and find me-and I guess he was led to me.
