Setting Of Lights Questions
When will my candle be lit?
Your candle will be lit when we have open space on our altar. Our altar typically has about 80 candles going at any given time. When one candle finishes burning we will place in another candle in the order they are recevied. We cannot guarantee your candle will be lit at any specific time or phase of the moon.
Has my candle been lit yet?
Go to the My Account Page by logging into our site and check on your order status there. If your order reads "In Progress" then your candle has not yet been lit. If it reads "Candle is Lit" it has been lit and typically candles take about 5 days to burn down.
When will I get my candle burn report?
Candles take about 5 days to complete burning then we will compile a report and send it to you in email. This can take about a week after your candle has finished burning. Please do not contact us to find out if your candle is done burning or to get your candle burn report. They are sent out in the order they were received. If it has been longer than three weeks and you have not received your candle burn report (with extenuating circumstances for shop closures or vacations - all of which are noted on our site or our Facebook page) then contact us below to let us know there is a problem with your order.

Product Questions
Which products should I buy?
We have organized our store to make shopping easy for you. To the left you'll see the "Categories" section which divides up our products and services according to the magical goal you have in mind. Need love? Then look under Love Products. Need to cleanse a curse off of you? Then look under Protection and Cleaning Products. Carefully read the description of each product by clicking on that product's image and you'll get a clear idea of which products you may want to purchase. Alternatively you can check under Spell Kits for all-in-one kits to address some of the most commonly requested issues from our clients.
How do I use these products?
We've taken the time to write out guides on how to use our products. They are in the left hand navigation under "Important Links". You can learn How to Use Mojo Bags, How to Use Baths, How to Use Oils, and How to Use Powders. Each of these pages will describe how to use that kind of product. Additionally, most of the product pages have Spell Ideas describing different ways to use that product. Finally, you can read through Dr. E.'s Conjure Blog for examples of specific spells that utilize our various products.
Reading, Rootwork or Spell Questions
Which type of reading should I buy?
If you are thinking of having us perform rootwork or any kind of spell work or aren't sure if you want us to or not, purchase a Rootwork Consultation. If you only want advice and don't think you'll have any rootwork done, then purchase a 30-Minute Tarot Reading.
When is your earliest appointment?
We are typically booked 1-2 weeks out from today's date. Appointments are available Monday through Wednesday from 9am to 11am Pacific Time. No exceptions.
You can always visit the link to Dr. E. Products' online booking website from the service you wish to purchase and it will display the first available appointment for your convenience.
How much will the rootwork cost for my case?
We cannot give you a solid estimate of the rootwork for your case without a reading first. Prices will vary according to the complexity of work required for your unique case. We charge $100/hr. of rootwork to be accomplished. Most clients range from $200 to $500 range, again depending on the complexity of work. We will not give a quote for work without a Rootwork Consultation to determine the factors at play in your situation.
How fast will I see results from the rootwork you do?
Timing for results depends on many factors including: complexity of the situation, the influence of people, conditions of the situation, etc. Because of this it is difficult to estimate the time before one sees results for rootwork. Reconciliation spell work is the slowest of all, with results often taking several months and lots of spell work. Cleansing spells are much quicker, often demonstrating results in as little as 3 days. The best answer is that it really depends on your unique case and we can't estimate how much time it would take before you saw results. Anyone who guarantees results in a certain amount of time is being dishonest with you and is likely an unethical worker.
Can Dr. E. Products help me with my problem?
We can help with most problems including reconcilation, money, job, cleansing, unjinxing, cursing, hot footing, binding, luck, love and protection work. There are only two instances where we cannot perform spell work for you.
1) We do not do break up spells - he will not break up a couple, whether they are married or not, regardless of how justified you may think your case is
2) We do not take cases involving the legal system, court cases, child custody cases or spells to keep the law away.

What kinds of cases will Dr. E. Products not take?
Dr. E. Products will not take any case involving the legal system, court cases, law keep away or child custody cases. Dr. E. will not perform rootwork to break up a couple, whether married or not.
Can I get an in-person reading?
We do not offer in-person readings with new clients. All readings are performed either on-the-phone or through Skype.

Shipping Questions
How long does shipping take?
Order processing can take up to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped it takes 2 to 3 business days for your order to arrive in the USA. We use Priority Mail shipping through the U.S. Postal Service. (Shipments to Canada and Europe may take longer as they have to pass through customs.)
When will my order ship?
Order processing can take up to 7 business days. This is because we hand-make every single product that is ordered. We do not keep standing stock on shelves. We literally craft each product as it is made. This gives you the highest quality product, but it does take more time to complete. We appreciate your patience. You'll be notified when your order does ship through email, and you'll receive an email from the US Postal Service with your tracking number once it is shipped.
Where do you ship products?
We ship our products to any place within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), to Canada, and to most countries in Europe (including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slokavia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom).
Can I order products from outside the USA/Canada/Europe?
We do not ship products outside of the USA, Canada and Europe. You can order services if you live outside of the USA/Canada/Europe. These include Setting of Lights, Tarot or Diloggun Readings and Rootwork Consultations.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping depends on the size of your order and how far away from us you live. The best way to determine what shipping will cost for your order is to add all the items you desire into your shopping cart, then proceed to check out and you'll be given a quote for the exact price of shipping.
Can I pay for faster delivery?
We do not offer express delivery. We do not expedite orders, nor do we perform any emergency order fulfillment. Delivery is 2-3 business days from the day of shipment through US Priority Mail service. This is the most cost-efficient and speedy service available for our clients and it is the only method we use for shipping.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship using the US Postal Service through Priority Mail. This takes 2 to 3 business days for your package to be shipped. US Postal Service allows us to mail to many destinations not accepted by other carriers like UPS or FedEx.
Payment and Cost Questions
What payment methods do you accept
We accept payment with a credit card or through payment with a Paypal account. All payments are processed through Paypal. We do not process your credit card manually as a security measure to protect your privacy and account.
Can I pay with a money order?
We do not accept money order payments.
Can I pay with a check
We do not accept check payments.
How much will my order cost?
Your order cost will depend upon how many products you purchase. The best way to get an estimate is to load up your Shopping Cart with the items you want to buy then click "Checkout" and you'll see an exact quote for how much everything will cost including taxes and shipping.

I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment
If you need to reschedule your appoointment time, you can do this yourself up to 7 days before your appointment, by pulling up the confirmation email of your appointment and following the link back to Bookeo (Dr. E. Products' online scheduler). You will be able to move your appointment to another date and time yourself. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can also use the link in that same email to cancel your appointment.
I missed my appointment or didn't receive a phone call at the time of my appointment
If you had a Rootwork Consultation, Tarot Reading or other type consultation with Dr. E. Products and either missed your appointment or didn't receive a phone call, please consider the following things first.
1) All appointments are scheduled for the Pacific Time Zone. If you do not live in the Pacific Time Zone, then please use the following website to convert your appointment time to your time zone and be sure that you have the right time in your calendar for your appointment: TimeandDate.com
