Saint Expedite Candle - Setting of Lights

I was told that this candle works fast, but it did not work for me. Nothing has happened with my current situation and its been a few months now since ordering this candle, disappointing but oh well. The candle report stated that my outcome looks promising but to no avail, nothing.
