Crossing Candle - Setting of Lights

I ordered this candle on my coworker. We both have the same sales territory and it?s been made clear they will soon only be keeping one of us in the upcoming months. I had this candle lite and got a report back that the candle didn?t have an effect on him. I have lite another candle that is currently lite and he all of a sudden has a new deal that looks like will be closing this week. On top of this being my second candle and it seeming to not work, he?s extremely arrogant and making me feel even worse. Im going to stay hopeful that the candle ends up working and his deals fall through but it doesn?t look great. I will update depending on what ends up happening.
