Boss Fix Candle - Setting of Lights

Over the years I?ve ordered a lot of candles from this site but haven?t had much luck. I seem to come back but haven?t gotten any results. Perhaps it?s me? I ordered this candle to get a raise that I had requested and was told I would. However now it looks like I?m not only getting a raise but getting a pay cut.
