Boss Fix Candle - Setting of Lights

I light this candle to help get my boss off my back and get him back to a place of rooting for me instead of rooting against me. I am trying to get him to give me a raise and start respecting and valuing me instead of being cold and rude toward me. Unfortunately the candle report came back negative and he has not made any positive changes. So the candle seems accurate but unfortunately hasn’t helped to break him down in a positive way. However, I have ordered another candle which I am hopeful will do the trick. Maybe I’ll even get that raise - staying hopeful and will update after that candle.
